- Focused roadmap. Goes deep on one process or one product area and comes back with a clear, actionable plan.
- Framework roadmap. Connects departments, systems, and processes into a single integrated plan, for businesses with more moving parts than one team can track alone.
- Tailored roadmap. For complex environments, custom requirements, or multiple systems where nothing off the shelf actually fits.

Fixed-fee options available today
System optimization: $4,000. A fixed-fee assessment of your existing Business Central or Power Platform environment. We identify inefficiencies and recommend workflow improvements. Implementation work is scoped separately.

For a full new implementation, custom work is scoped through Custom Implementations, not a published bundle price, since every environment is different enough that a fixed number without a roadmap first would be a guess dressed up as a quote.
Ongoing support: Success Plans
Once you’re live, Success Plans keep you supported without hiring anyone new. Three tiers, based on how much hands-on time and strategic input you need:
