Software pricing and implementation costs

US list price checked September 7, 2026. Checkout price can vary by country, currency, and regional terms. Microsoft Product Terms require Field Service Contractor User SL to be paired with a Field Service User SL or Device SL and Microsoft Entra ID. Other minimum purchase and license prerequisites may apply; confirm your agreement. Resource Scheduling Optimization is an add-in priced per resource per month, and Microsoft says its price assumes a single tenant. Prices cover the software subscription; implementation, integrations, data work, training, support, taxes, and partner apps are separate. Microsoft says Copilot Credits are required for prebuilt or custom agents and an Azure subscription is required to use agents.
