How it works
Two weeks, start to finish. One Dynamics 365 application in scope (Business Central, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, or Power Platform). Three calls, no more:
Week 1: Kickoff and assessment. We align on priorities, confirm system access, and identify up to five specific pain points to assess, together. A pain point has to be specific: “the monthly revenue report that pulls incorrect GL data” qualifies. “Fix all our reports” doesn’t. Then a Solution Architect spends up to two hours walking through your environment and those five items with you.
Week 2: Documentation and delivery. We compile findings into a prioritized report with cost estimates, then walk you through it on a delivery call. You leave with two things: a System Performance Report and an Optimization Opportunities and Action Plan, ranked high, medium, and low priority, with estimates attached to the top fixes.
What’s included
- A kickoff call to align on priorities and confirm access.
- A system configuration assessment for one Dynamics 365 application.
- An assessment of up to five priority pain points, with a Solution Architect, on a call of up to two hours.
- A prioritized recommendations report with cost estimates.
- A delivery call to walk through findings and next steps.
What’s not included
- Custom development or coding changes.
- Implementation of the recommendations themselves. That’s a separate, scoped project once you decide what to act on.
- Extended training or in-depth system testing.
- More than one application. Each additional application is its own engagement.
- Detailed estimates for pain points beyond your top five. These get noted in the report and can be scoped separately if you want them.
