Automation in Action – April Edition

I’m David Rhue. I help people and businesses cut through noise and complexity so they can focus on what matters. By trade, I’m an ERP guy, two decades deep in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. I’ve led full-scale transformations, turned chaotic systems into clarity, and shown companies how technology can actually serve people, not the other way around. That’s the work that pays the bills. But for me, it’s never just been about the software; it’s about people gaining confidence, teams breathing easier, leaders making smarter calls. But I’m more than a consultant. I’m a writer. Words are how I make sense of the world, from technology insights on my blog, The BC Dr., to fiction writing that provokes thought. Writing lets me connect dots between business and story, systems and humanity. I’m also a speaker. Put me in a room, and I’ll make the technical feel simple, practical, and meaningful. I’ve spoken at major industry events, including Dynamics Community Summit and Directions, and represented firms at client and partner gatherings.
